Movement Medicine Therapy

Bernadeta has been dancing for years and the transformational experience of dance led her to train with The School of Movement Medicine. Marta Graham said that "the body says what words can not", and Bernadeta believes that everything is danceable. Dance is a most expressive practice, it is a medicine for the body, heart and mind as it plugs us into the here and now. She loves spending time in nature, wild swimming, photography, art, baking and dancing (of course).
